Kemeriahan Lomba dan Bazar HUT ke-78 RI
Dalam rangka memeriahkan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-78 RI (Republik Indonesia), OSIS SMK PGRI 2 Kediri menggelar kegiatan lomba-lomba untuk seluruh warga sekolah dan bazar produk siswa kelas XII. Kegiatan ini dimulai pada Senin-Jumat (14-18/8/2023) di lapangan basket SMK PGRI 2 Kediri. Tidak hanya ditujukan untuk siswa, lomba juga ditujukan untuk Bapak/Ibu Guru dan karyawan. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan semangat dan meriah.
Terdapat enam macam lomba yang ditujukan untuk siswa, diantaranya lomba estafet bola menggunakan cup, memasukkan paku berpasangan, estafet karet, estafet gelas plastik menggunakan balon, estafet kardus, dan himpit balon berpasangan. Untuk mengikuti lomba tersebut, setiap kelas wajib mengirimkan perwakilan 2-4 orang di setiap jenis lomba.
Lomba yang ditujukan kepada siswa tersebut berlangsung dari Senin-Rabu (14-16/8/2023), sedangkan lomba yang ditujukan kepada Bapak/Ibu Guru dan karyawan pada Jumat (18/8/2023) yang terdiri dari lomba estafet sarung ngempit balon dan futsal sarung. Lomba estafet sarung ngempit balon ditujukan kepada Ibu Guru dan karyawan, sedangkan lomba futsal sarung ditujukan kepada Bapak Guru dan karyawan. Semua lomba yang diadakan dapat mempererat kekompakan dan kekeluargaan warga SMK PGRI 2 Kediri.
Tidak hanya lomba, di hari terakhir acara terdapat bazar tradisional yang ditujukan untuk kelas XII tiap jurusan. Terdapat hingga 7 stand bazar dengan jajanan dan minuman yang lezat dan menarik. Tujuan diadakannya bazar ini adalah untuk melatih siswa dalam berwirausaha mulai dari membuat produk hingga memasarkan produk.
“Acara ini juga bertujuan untuk memeriahkan HUT RI yang ke-78, serta untuk menumbuhkan rasa berpartisipasi antar sesama. Kedepannya, diharapkan agar lomba-lomba yang telah terlaksana ini dapat memberikan motivasi kepada siswa siswi agar terpacu untuk menghasilkan prestasi dan mengharumkan nama SMK PGRI 2 Kediri,” tutup Pak Gito selaku pembina OSIS SMK PGRI 2 Kediri.
