Kenang Perjuangan Para Pahlawan Melalui Upacara HUT ke-78 RI
Tepat pada hari Kamis (17/8/2023), SMK PGRI 2 Kediri menyelenggarakan upacara bendera dalam rangka memperingati HUT ke-78 RI di lapangan basket yang diikuti oleh seluruh warga sekolah. Upacara berjalan dengan lancar dan khidmat.
Upacara 17 Agustus dilaksanakan untuk menghormati perjuangan para pahlawan dalam meraih kemerdekaan dan mendorong semangat nasionalisme untuk seluruh warga sekolah.
Sebagai generasi penerus bangsa, sudah seharusnya mengenang dan menghargai jasa-jasa para pahlawan yang telah gugur. Beragam cara yang bisa dilakukan, salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan upacara bendera.
SMK PGRI 2 Kediri bahkan sudah mempersiapkannya jauh-jauh hari demi kelancaran upacara bendera HUT ke-78 RI. Mulai dari pemilihan petugas upacara hingga melakukan latihan untuk suksesnya upacara 17 Agustus. Petugas upacara diambil dari anggota organisasi Paskibra dan perwakilan dari masing-masing organisasi di Grida.
Upacara peringatan HUT ke-78 RI ini berjalan dengan lancar dan khidmat. Mulai dari pengibaran bendera merah putih, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, mengheningkan cipta, pembacaan Pancasila, pembacaan pembukaan UUD 1945, pembacaan teks proklamasi, menyanyikan lagu Hari Merdeka, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Pusaka, hingga pembacaan doa. Hal yang paling menarik ialah saat pengibaran bendera merah putih yang dikibarkan oleh petugas pengibaran, yakni paskibra. Basori selaku pembentang bendera menyampaikan perasaan senang dan sedihnya setelah pengibaran. “Untuk senangnya bagi saya, saya sudah berhasil mengibarkan bendera kebanggaan Indonesia, yaitu bendera merah putih tanpa adanya kesalahan sedikitpun. Untuk sedihnya, saya tidak bisa merasakan capeknya latihan lagi, ketawa-ketawa bareng temen waktu latihan, dimarahi oleh pelatih. Mungkin hal itu menjadi kenangan terindah bagi saya,” ujar Basori.
