Rekrutmen Kerja Bekerjasama dengan Tempat Bercakap Kopi
Rabu, 23 Maret 2022 SMK PGRI 2 Kediri mengadakan Rekrutment Kerja bersama Tempat Bercakap Kopi Kediri bertempat di Hall Grida. Acara ini dilaksanakan untuk menyalurkan siswa siswi SMK PGRI 2 Kediri ke dunia kerja. Program ini dilaksanakan sebelum lulus agar nantinya, saat telah lulus dari SMK PGRI 2 Kediri siswa siswi telah mendapatkan pekerjaan. Siswa siswi yang lolos seleksi nantinya akan dipekerjakan di beberapa kedai milik Tempat Bercakap Kopi Kediri karena saat ini Tempat Bercakap Kopi Kediri sedang melakukan pengembangan usaha bisnis, sehingga membutuhkan karyawan yang lebih banyak.
Kerja sama ini dimulai oleh SMK PGRI 2 Kediri dan mendapat tanggapan yang sangat baik dari pihak Tempat Bercakap Kopi Kediri. Hingga saat ini, Tempat Bercakap Kopi dan SMK PGRI 2 Kediri masih menjalankan kerja sama yang baik. Melalui program ini, siswa diharapkan dapat bekerja (semi karyawan) meskipun belum mendapatkan ijazah. Proses rekrutmen ini dilaksanakan secara offline dengan tetap menjalankan Protokol Kesehatan. Pertama, siswa atau pelamar bertemu secara langsung dengan tim rekrutmen dari Tempat Bercakap Kopi Kediri. Setelah itu, dilaksanakan psikotes untuk setiap pelamar. Setelah pelamar (dalam hal ini siswa SMK PGRI 2 Kediri) lolos pada tahap psikotes, pelamar akan melakukan interview dengan tim rekrutmen. Tahap akhir, pelamar yang dinyatakan lolos psikotes dan interview akan diangkat menjadi karyawan di kedai milik Tempat Bercakap Kopi sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
Acara ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Program ini tidak hanya di ikuti oleh siswa siswi SMK PGRI 2 Kediri saja, namun juga siswa siswi dari sekolah lain. Rencana ke depannya dari Tim BKK SMK PGRI 2 Kediri yaitu akan berusaha membuka peluang kerja pada siswa siswi yang ingin bekerja dengan membantu memberikan informasi lowongan kerja dan rekrutmen seperti acara pada hari ini.
